I can’t handle my thoughts anymore, but I can’t stop them, either. There is no “on/off” switch to give myself a break. There’s only so much of this I can take before I break.

welp they have been cutting my appetite alot but im still debating wether to do the ECA stack or not …i wasnt tracking my weight when i started but im also not exercising at all womp womp boo me ! but i just dont have the time ( my excuse )
